he lost something
In a showdown with a blanket he was hanging onto in his mouth, Davis lost his first tooth. He was trying to take Jacks blanket away and Evan stepped in to grab it out of Davis' mouth and out flung Davis' tooth. We all stood there surprised, the blanket forgotten and excitment filled Davis as his wiggly tooth was no longer wiggly. He is so proud of his new smile and kept asking if I wanted to see it, i had to take this photo of him. He usually is so hard to get to smile, he runs, turns his back and even purposely frowns when he sees me with my camera....grrr. We kept his tooth in the same baggie as his sharks tooth he got from school and that night he put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy. I think he is even cuter with is gone.

The first tooth to go is the hardest - I'm glad Davis has a fun story to go with it!
Cute story Mindy. And it's all Evan's fault, right?
Davis needs to smile more like this picture. What a cutie.
Congratulations Davis.
what a fun story of how he lost his first tooth - talk about taking all the anticipation out of it! :)
